From November 6th 2026, the Crime and Policing Act 2026 makes it a criminal offence to possess or publish certain categories of realistic adult content, including depictions of strangulation or suffocation, with penalties of up to five yearsâ imprisonment.
The law applies even to consensual and simulated content between adults, and it is drafted so broadly and with so little clarity that we cannot reliably tell what is lawful. Continuing to operate would expose our platform, our performers and our s to criminal risk for content that has long been legal.
For that reason, mamacitaz is no longer available in the UK. We regret this decision.
Rules that sweep in broad categories of legal adult content risk pushing people, including minors, towards sites that do no age verification and apply no content standards at all. If you disagree with this approach, we encourage you to your MP and ask for regulation that is clear, evidence-based and focused on genuine harm.
We hope to restore access once workable rules are in place.
